EACH MONTH YOU'LL GET

A COMPLETE, PROGRESSIVE, STRENGTH & MOBILITY PROGRAMME

- 2x 30-45 minute strength sessions and one mobility session per week designed specifically for cyclists to target imbalances, reduce injury risk, and build real-world strength.

- Weekly structure that fits around you! Whether you ride 2x, 3x or 6x a week, this plan complements your training, not competes with it. Sessions are short, effective, and can be completed whenever works best for you!

- Workout anywhere, with or without equipment! The programme is built around effective bodyweight exercises you can do at home, but every workout can also be progressed using dumbbells, bands, or kettlebells if you’ve got access to them at home or in the gym.

- Keep your training fresh and effective! The programme updates each month, targeting your weak spots, preventing boredom, and helping you build balanced, all-round strength that translates directly to the bike.

- Stay motivated and connected. Join a community of like-minded cyclists to share progress, tips, and encouragement.

 

- Get expert support. I’ll be in the group answering your questions and hosting a live Q&A each month so you can get the most out of your training.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS?

After signing up you'll receive an email asking you to create your account and download the app. Once in the app you'll complete 2 forms enabling me to collect a few details, and watch a video tour of the app. You'll then have access your programme for that month, and the private members group.

DO I NEED TO BE BASED IN THE UK?

No, you can join wherever you're based in the world. Payment will be taken in £GBP so do check if your bank charges for this but you can join wherever you're based!

HOW OFTEN WILL THE WORKOUTS CHANGE?

Every month will have a different focus. Each month you'll receive an updated programme to keep things fresh and keep you progressing week on week. Within each month you'll receive two different strength sessions and one mobility/flexibility focussed one each week. These progress each week with the final week in the month usually being a de-load week to allow for adequate recovery

DO YOU DO 1-1 COACHING

Yes I do deliver 1-1 online coaching. If you're looking for something a little more personalised to you, your riding, and the equipment you have available, do email me at jonny@jonnykibble.com.

DO I NEED ANY KIT FOR THE PROGRAMME?

Nope, I design each month's training to be able to be completed just using your bodyweight at home. That said, if you have some equipment available you'll be able to make the exercises more difficult and progress a little further.

ARE CYCLING WORKOUTS INCLUDED?

No, this programme is purely strength & mobility focussed helping you to effectively train off the bike to improve your performance on it. The idea is that you fit the sessions I provide seamlessly around your own riding.
